Market growth requires a ramp-up of marketing & sales, onboarding & support, corporate admin etc.  It’s a huge undertaking and often requires outside capital.  The challenge is that investors aren’t buying the product, they are buying into the story about why their investment will grow as the company goes up in value.  That means that the Story, Support Materials, Comparables, Process and Legals are all entirely different than what you’ve created to sell the product… and if you are note well prepared, you will be harshly judged.
