TEAM

Rampworth is a collective of independents. We all have our own areas of passion and that’s reflected in our individual practices, but we aligned on one thing… it’s our job to help you maximize value by helping leaders keep their thinking ahead of the change-curve to both avoid risk and execute on the most compelling opportunities. All of our engagements are customized, but 2 things remain constant:
1. We have a clear focus on driving enterprise value (because hey… worth more is much more compelling then worthless)
2. We all-in on building alignment and keeping it through the twists, turns & pivots that are par for the course with an agile approach.

Ever have an idea and wonder where it could go? Ever see a problem that needs solving but struggle to connect the dots? Some of the most important work an innovator does is to hone in on a problem worth solving, envision a compelling solution and figure out how to get everyone else to become believers.

I’ve spent over 20 years in the Health IT industry helping teams to do precisely that. I have a passion and talent for taking whatever starting point someone has, imagining the really big idea, and figuring out how to bring it to life. My focus on transformative innovation for health and wellness has led me to work with startups to enterprises in the public and private sectors, globally, covering a spectrum of health and wellness solutions.

It takes a village to bring a great idea to life, and along the way I’ve worn technology, product, and executive hats, always building a collaborative environment that nurtures innovation and drives results.

Transformative leaders know how to cut through the noise and identify compelling opportunities... they also know how to convince people to give them the resources they need to execute… It's the innovators super-power and I'm on a mission to help put that power in the hands of entrepreneurs and enterprise leaders wherever I can.

I am a strategist and I've spent 2 decades helping agile leaders maximize value & impact by creating alignment on what success looks like and where to place bets (and why).

If I have a super-power, it’s distilling complexity into a simple / compelling story (but I’m also pretty good at helping leadership teams shed noise and get aligned on how to maximize value (and defend it).

ANCIENT HISTORY - I'm a seasoned entrepreneur, having built and sold 3 companies and co-led 2 multi-national turnarounds.  Along the way I’ve raised capital in almost every way possible (bootstrapped :: angel :: strategic :: venture :: public) worked in multiple sectors (clean-tech ::: health tech :: web-3 :: prop-tech :: call-ctr etc.) on multiple continents (4) all of which leads me to a global viewpoint, a first-principles approach and a deep conviction that value capture does not happen by accident… it takes a strategy.
