THE BACKSTORY

In a recent post, I shared a fabulous example of how (and why) to tell your purpose story. We touched on why a compelling purpose matters (attracting talent / investment etc.) but focused primarily on ‘how’ Clinia told their purpose story (because they totally nailed it) rather than digging into how they managed to find their guiding purpose in the first place.

Finding your purpose is hard (very, very hard) but it’s so important, not just because a compelling purpose story helps you attract talent / investment etc., but because leadership teams that aren’t aligned can’t possibly compete with those who are.

In this interview with Cindy Carvalho (VP Growth and Marketing for Petal Health), we get into the practical side of how to go about finding your purpose (and why that matters).
